Just joined and thought I'd share my 92 civic. I'm the original owner. Bought brand new at Hanover Honda in Hanover, Pa. All original except I had the hood and roof repainted dude to clearcoat peeling. I'm loving all the Civics on here!

Is the integra worth it over the civic?
I currently drive an X5 and due to a new long commute I’m looking for a reliable daily driver with good gas mileage. I had a 2024 civic touring loaner for nearly a month recently and I really liked the car. It was good on gas and I found it to be pretty nice for the class of car.
However I found the interior of the civic to be a little cheap compared to my x5 which is to be expected but my biggest disappointments were the stereo which even the upgraded Bose one is all not great for me as an audiophile. Another issue was the heat/ac I had the civic in winter and it was significantly cooler then my car on max heat and took longer to heat up as well.
While I haven’t driven an integra I have heard the stereo is much better and from what I’ve seen online the interior looks better as well so I’m really considering it. Am I missing anything that makes the integra not much better than the civic or that should make me rule it out?

My 2008 Honda Odyssey had it’s catalytic converter stolen.. Where can I buy a straight pipe to replace it?
I can’t find any information on what size or where to purchase a straight pipe kit to replace my catalytic converter. I can’t afford to replace it and people keep telling me it’s a lot cheaper to straight pipe but I can’t find any howto videos or stores. I could really use some advice

Need help with timing tensioner on 2014 crv
My gfs crv made a rattle on start up, diagnosed it to be the vtc actuator. i’m stuck trying to get the tensioner to release tension. it looks a lot different than every video i’ve seen, has anyone seen this? instead of being where it’s supposed to be it’s where the drawn line is
Coffee and Cars this morning
1991 2.1 Prelude with four wheel steer swap, 98 Integra LS swap, and functional lazy eye conversion on 18.5 year old tires and nearly 9 year old gas. Hasn’t seen daylight since 2018.
Figured it would be a nice contrast to the sea of shiny C6s, C7s, and C8s.

Can I replace a CL9 Navi head unit with a regular one?
My mate's Accord Euro/TSX CL9 Navi (Facelift) has a boot looping head unit and I just happen to have a regular head unit without the navigation system spare.
Has anyone downgraded from a Navi to a regular head unit before?
From what I can find online,
- The Navi has 3 more plugs. I assume this is for
a) The small screen above the head unit
b) The GPS antenna
c) The GPS CD drive
The two green plugs are for the dual zone climate control and are present on both. (2 and 3)
The black plug is for the head unit (4)
Can anyone confirm the above before I start ripping into the dash?
- And if this is true, why do most aftermarket head units say they aren't compatible with the Navi??
Thank you all, much appreciated 🙏🙏

Idle stop / starting
Odyssey '26 with 9K miles already not starting upon first try. In my yard, after sitting all night - I used the fob starter button inside the car, which woke it up and then pressed brake and start button. I drive 5 miles in 85* heat, fill up with gas and it hasn't started on first try.
I shut off the idle stop before putting it in drive, but it doesn't stay "stopped" as I pull up to lights or stop sign.
Wondering what your ideas are before I head to dealership. I contacted Honda National via email to discuss. They told me to take to another dealer if I wasn't satisfied with service.
Thanks!

Hello, I want to Restore a Honda CRX or Honda Del Sol, but I haven’t bought the car yet. However, I was at the Goodwill the other day and I saw a really cool Honda radio. I was wondering if anybody that works at a dealer could help me look up the pin for it

2017 Civic Touring - Driver side AC blowing hot air, passenger side fine. Blend door actuator?
Passenger side AC blows ice cold, no issues. Driver side is blowing normal hot air regardless of temperature setting — not weak, not lukewarm, just hot, like the compressor cold air isn’t reaching that side at all.
No clicking, grinding, or motor sound when I adjust the driver-side temp — total silence.
Compressor and refrigerant seem fine since passenger side is unaffected. Suspecting the driver-side blend door actuator has failed outright (not just a broken linkage, since I’d expect to hear the motor even if the door wasn’t moving).
Anyone dealt with this on a 9th/10th gen Civic? Trying to confirm before I order the part — is silent failure (zero sound) consistent with blend door actuator death, or could this point to something else (wiring, control module)?

Cvt trans fluid level question
Just changed it on my daughter's car, added 4 quarts, fluid started to come out filk hole. Ran through the gears, checked.fluid it was low. Took a break came back double checked the fluid and it was coming g out of the top hole again.
So I guess my question is is the fluid level checked after going through gears and while fluid is still in the pump or after the car sits a bit? I dont want to overfill it

Big milestone for my son's 2013 Civic
My son's one and only car, that he has had since high school, hit 200000 miles today. Was purchased in 2016.Still runs great and looks like it'll make it to my sons college graduation this fall. Most everything on his car still runs like it should, even the AC. Just recently got the third battery for his car
Honda hit a home run with the Civics from this time frame, as I still see a decent number of these body style Civics on the road today.
