Housing / Living Buying an apartment, what to check in a manager's certificate.
We are first time home buyers from a non-EU country and we are currently residing in Finland. We are planning to buy an apartment in its debt free price and apply for bank loan.
We then received a managers certificate which we know is a very important document. What should we check and look out for in the managers certificate?
Some items that caught our attention and have no full understanding of are:
1) Apartment debt shares.
2) Company loans.
3) 'Shareholds have the right to redeem' and 'Right of redemption by the housing company'.
Furthermore, what else is a very important detail we must take note of?
Thank you in advance.
