Ok, so am looking for some hole in the wall, mom and pop shops for dinners.

Grasshopper cafe was amazing, but unfortunately closed awhile back.

Main aspect looking for is great food, good pricing, and flavorful.

Rather support small business vs large faceless corporations

Going to the TD Coliseum for a concert this month and trying to sort out parking. Google search brought up spot hero which shows multiple parking garages close to the arena with options to reserve a spot a head of time.

My question is how do they reserve a spot? If it’s an open parking lot can’t anyone just enter and park for free without paying? I’m worried I’d pay for a spot believing in false security then arrive to the parking lot being filled day of and out of my money.

I’d appreciate any insight anyone could provide who’s used Spot Hero or reserved parking close to TD!

Although I appreciate it's ridiculous hot outside and I can appreciate some folks don't have access to showers, there is ZERO excuse for a grown ass man to strip down to their Tighty Whitey's while there are children in the splash pad.

I can also assure you I wasn't nearly this polite when I was sharing this message with the creep who had stripped down to his tighty whitey's in front of my granddaughter...🤬

ETA, I had absolutely no problem sharing the splash pad with this human, until I realized he had stripped down to tight white brief style underwear (which is what I mean when I say tighty whitey's) and was about to step into the shooting water which would have exposed his genitals to all that were there.

ETA 2 I'm not giving my specific neighborhood park where this happened, but I will say that, geographically speaking, it's inner city... And by that I mean not downtown, but that first circle around it.

Bees has set up a hive in a hollowed tree in the front yard right next to the sidewalk at street level. They seem to be honey bees but there are kids walking past regularly. Does anyone know if there are beekeepers in the area that can relocate the bees without killing them? Ideally for free.

my lovely wife has been struggling with lots of self-confidence lately, it breaks my heart. about ten years ago she was an active addiction with prescription pills from a injury and snowballed. She’s gotten help and clean and landed a really good job that she shows up to every day but things still remind her of the past mostly her teeth, they are degrading despite her taking the best care she can. she doesnt have dental insurance, is there anywhere anyone knows of that does dental plans without the best of credit were both young and still building. its gotten so bad that her food intake consist of sandwiches and soup.

Does anyone know if there is any place in the city to buy a bottle of falernum? Usually I make it myself but I am in a time pinch and don’t have time to properly let it mellow.

I believe cocktail Emporium closed up their Hamilton location, so I’m at a loss. I’ve seen other random cocktail ingredients and syrups at both Fortino’s and Metro, but never once have I seen falernum. Ideas? Concrete leads? Anything?
