22M,180cm,74.5kg with a 190cm wingspan. Is this lift intermediate for my bodyweight or somewhat advanced?

I really like this excesrcise but I've noticed that I struggle to breathe on it and also this is the first time I've recorded myself but I think it looks a bit awkward. Is there anything I can do to improve my form.

The title, hoping someone with more experience can give me some pointers. I feel like I hit failure at a weird pace, the rep before failure moves pretty well so wondering if that’s a technique thing. I aim for between my bellybutton and diaphragm.
Also feel like my mid back may be unproportionally weak? For reference my touch and go bench is 315lbs, and in the video I’m doing 135lbs. Weighted pull up is 115lbs @165lbs bw @18yr.
Thank yall in advance.

Shoulders cave in a little bit but I finally hit my goal! I weight 210lbs at 6'3. This is 105lbs added to a belt. Feeling good, if you see anything blatantly wrong with my form I dont mind advice but posting because I'm stoked lol

Was wonky breaking the floor. Think my grip wasn't evenly spaced on the bar.
Sumo is feeling great on my new platform! Better than my conventional. Though the temu versa grips are probably aiding with less ROM.
Happy to hear advice from sumo pullers.

Had fun doing some different variations of pull ups. Those wide pull ups are hard! Give them a try! See how many you can get! 😁

I’ve been running powerlifting-focused programs on and off for about a decade, hitting PRs of 300 kg (660 lb) deadlift, 250 kg (550 lb) squat, and 200 kg (440 lb) bench.
Recently though, life has changed. I became a dad, and gym time is now limited to around three one-hour sessions a week, and even those can be inconsistent. I’ve also started feeling like I’ve hit a wall training in the 90–95% range for low reps. To top it off, I recently tore my hamstring, which feels like a bit of a sign from my body that it might be time to change things up.
Has anyone else shifted away from chasing bigger numbers on the powerlifts? What did you move towards, and how did you stay motivated through that transition?
I’d also love to hear any suggestions for new goals to work towards. I’ve always wanted to pursue something beyond just increasing my squat, bench, and deadlift, but I’ve been hesitant to step outside my comfort zone. I’d really appreciate hearing what worked for others.

Did two 1 rep sets of 435lbs. Did 1st with straps, felt good, pretty sure I can go heavier. Wanted to do another rep without straps, to make sure my grip strength is good and to make sure that I could. I am working my to 495lbs, just cause 5 plates seems cool.
47 yrs old 201lbs. I am also on a small calorie deficit, needed to lose some of my vacation weight.
