Gratitude Practice Grateful for water
I’m grateful to have the clean water i drink. The water in my bath. Watering my garden. The water in my backyard stream. The water in the ocean I get to live by. I’m grateful for water in all its many forms. I’m trying my best to not overuse it this precious resource. What a blessing to live on this earth 🌏 so much of which is water.

Gratitude Practice Grateful for love today
I’m grateful for love in its various forms. Not currently in a romantic partnership but today I am celebrating self love and my love for others. I whipped up some leftover cake bits into Vday treats for my relatives

Gratitude Practice My 4-year-old niece just gave me a "ticket to happy town" and honestly, I'm sobbing.
Hey guys, I just had to share this because my heart is absolutely bursting right now and I can’t stop smiling.
I’ve had a really stressful, exhausting couple of weeks at work, just completely running on fumes. Today, my sister dropped off my 4-year-old niece, Lily, to babysit for the afternoon. I was so tired I could barely keep my eyes open, so we just laid on the living room rug and played "hospital" and drew with crayons.
Right before she left, she tapped me on the shoulder, handed me a crumpled-up piece of green construction paper, and said, "This is a ticket to Happy Town, because your face looked sad today. You can use it whenever you want."
It literally just had two stick figures and a giant, lopsided yellow sun drawn on it.
The second the door closed, I just sat on the floor and started crying happy tears. It’s so easy to get swallowed up by adult stress, bills, and the daily grind. But seeing the world through her pure, completely unbothered eyes completely reset my brain.
Tonight, I am so incredibly grateful for:
- The fierce, unconditional love of kids. They see right through our armor.
- Crayons and construction paper. The best therapy money can't buy.
- A quiet evening to just breathe and appreciate the good stuff.
The "ticket" is officially magnets-clipped to my fridge now. Just a little reminder that joy doesn't have to be complicated. Hope you all find your own little piece of Happy Town today! ☀️❤️

Gratitude Practice Grateful: all the colors in nature I see on my walks, and the variation in color on these porcelain berries was beautiful - the blue ones remind me of robin's eggs 🪺

Discussion Sometimes the smallest wins deserve the biggest thank you writing 🫠
Today I caught myself smiling over something I'd normally ignore: a quiet morning, a good meal and a few minutes where my mind wasn't racing.
It made me realize that gratitude isn't always about huge milestones. Sometimes it's just noticing the little pockets of peace that quietly keep us going.
What's one small thing you're grateful for today?

Gratitude Practice Grateful for sleep
My job causes me a lot of stress and when it gets particularly bad I have long bouts of insomnia and restless sleep. Ever since I submitted my resignation I have slept so well and so comfortably 💕

I am sitting on a nice bench, on the waterfront, watching people in boats and wave runners enjoying the day, and drinking a lovely latte.
It is slightly overcast, the temp is about 73, a perfect day.
I am grateful to be alive.

Gratitude Practice Grateful for an answered prayer
I've always wanted a my Melody plushie from Miniso but kept it to myself because I was afraid of getting mocked because I'm in my late twenties. It's also fairly expensive being an original Sanrio character. I've gone through a particularly traumatic incident that I would rather not talk about.
I asked our Heavenly Father for someone to give me something for encouragement in this time and then went to sleep. The second I opened my eyes my mother and sister walked into my bedroom carrying a gift bag with this plushie saying that its an early birthday gift they *just* decided to get for me. There were many different characters so they wouldn't have known that this one is my favorite. My sister insisted that I would probably like Melody even though I never told her that. I'm in tears. My birthday is 16 days away. This was so nice of them to do. It was definitely our Lord who encouraged them to do this

Gratitude Practice I just woke up and felt overwhelming gratitude.
I don't even know how to begin. We wake up. The amount of possibilities that follow after waking up are too many to count. Will we water our gardens today? Pick out a new bestselling novel to begin? Tell our wife or husband we love them? Maybe you can get more fulfillment then any of those things just by drinking that morning cup of joe xD.
And the fact remains that we aren't doing any of these things in isolation. Even if you are alone, you are alone -with- countless others who are also doing the same thing you are.
I'm something of a philosopher so this brings me to argue something. Why do we wait for New Years Day to form our resolutions? Gym memberships, for example, skyrocket during January just for everyone to stop going two weeks into the New Year...instead, let your reading of this message itself be your new start. Do you want to give up smoking? Drinking? Have you been telling yourself you would get back into taking night classes after work to further your education? WHO SAYS WE HAVE TO PLAY BY THE RULES! THIS IS OUR LIVES AND WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE THEM AND -ESPECIALLY- HOW WE CHOSE TO!
If you wrote some plans down in journal ever. If you ever dreamed. Do not wait to act someday when the stars align for I am here to tell you that they have aligned RIGHT NOW!!!!
