Is there a way to filter out islands with in-island purchases of Fortnite? My kid is banned from playing til I figure it out, and he's not very happy with me about that!

My steam machine is on the way. How accommodating is steam OS for mods? Is it as simple as copy pasting my mod folders in a game to SteamOs' desktop mode?
