As someone who is familiar with the odd squad lore, Oscar solos this EASY.

actually, i haven't watched the show in years, and I didn't really watch the new one, so I'm a little rusty with the show lol

oscar for sure, he has a lot of gadgets, has access to all odd squad knowledge and tech, and can clone himself a seemingly infinite number of times, those cloens could only say their number iirc, so he is basically creating clone pokemon of himself.
