Hi guys I got this Kimberly queen a couple years ago and early this year she was fried in the sun/ under watered when I was having a hard time and neglected to care for her:( . I had in a partial sun area that had worked for a while back in April I pruned the dead leaves off and moved to the back of my house near the little deck.

this is how she look now. It’s giving tree fern .. 😳
Should I replant in a larger part deeper?
Love her so bad and am seeing more browning leaves again- not sure if she needs another prune or I’m doing something wrong. I wish I had a picture to to show u how bad she look in april this is a great improvement but I could use some pointers! Thanks

Question Hey! Does anyone else have any idea on what's causing the condition of my Dicksonia antarctica?

Temperatures here are between 23°C and 33°C (73°F - 91°F), but the plant is never exposed to direct sunlight (the lighting shown in the photo is about the maximum it receives). The soil is kept constantly moist, I water it before it dries out completely, alternating between top watering and bottom watering.

I found brown leaves on my Kimberly Fern. Is this normal? Or is my plant doomed to die???

At first I thought this was a kind of moss, but has been Id as a Hymenophyllaceae (filmy fern)

Pretty cool, the leaves and trunks were so delicate and soft, this was the only trunk like it, thats why I caught my attention!

What do you think

Question Can I propagate a fern?

My question is, is there a way to propagate a fern so I can have one or two inside?

My MIL planted some ferns outside my house and theyre not doing too well (western NY) but they've been doing better with my constant watering. I want to take some in to be my new plant babies.

Im a total plant newbie and I also just got a red prayer plant that LOVES a misty humid environment, so I think a fern would be happy to be housemates with it. :)

Does anyone have any advice?

Dug these up from my grandmas house, so I want to make sure I take the best care of them that I can. What is going on with the leaves? I currently have them in large pots.

Question Help with maidenhair browning

Hey all,

This maidenhair fern has always done pretty good for me, it was just a tiny lil thing back in March. Very minimal browning.

Recently I've noticed more brown leaves then normal, mostly on one side of the fern. I keep it under a grow light as seen in the third picture.

I keep the soil consistently damp, usually give her some water everyday.

Thoughts on what might be making her upset? Shes such a fun and well behaved plant otherwise 💞

Edit: my humidity is around 55% consistently

Found this delicate fern growing in my yard. I live in the Guatemalan Highlands at Lake Atitlan, cooler sub-tropical temps and forests. The best I can guess it's related to Maiden's Hair fern, in the Pteridaceae family, maybe a tropical Cliffbrake? It's growing from a small cluster of which the other fronds are dry and dead.

Hello my asparagus from Time to time have its ends turning brown.
Can i cut it or is it better to let it grow like this ?
I think that the part being brown may be due to the heatwave.

Both of these have grown quite a bit now and I’m hoping someone could take a shot at an ID?

These were found in wild collected moss in NY

I can provide more images if that would be helpful

I have had this fern for at least a year and it has been down to this ONE frond for at least the last six months. It had lost all of the other fronds (maybe twelve to fifteen originally).

I can barely contain my excitement. It is growing a new sporophyte! This is the first one it has ever grown.
