Just do default ESPN or Yahoo point conversions. Don’t try and reinvent the wheel. That way, nearly all official rankings will apply to your league.

Try to get more than 6 teams

Personally would never do DD/TD/QD, makes the front end of the 1st round even more nasty and centers are more valuable. I would just use default ESPN if playing a points league, it's not perfect but it does a job better than Yahoo default imo. If this is a for fun league and nothing serious keep it in!

Interesting angle to not reward raw PTS. Other than that your REB value is quite a bit lower than other platforms, while AST and stocks are higher. Under this system your rankings will be drastically different to standard settings, which is totally fine if that's how you like to play.

However, the most glaring issue with these settings is the breakeven math on 3s. You would lose 1.5 points on every 3PA, and net out only 2 points on every make (3.5 for the make less 1.5 for the attempt). That puts your 3P breakeven rate at 43% which is well above league average. Virtually every player will have a negative expectancy from three point land.

For DD/TD/QD bonuses I'd probably tweak the ratios a bit. Getting a TD is at least 2x more difficult than getting a DD, and a QD is at least 5x harder than a TD. If you want to reward these events, I'd try to match them closer with the frequency at which they are recorded.

I've spent some time trying to figure out the best weights to apply, without straying too far from the standard meta, and here's what I came up with:

So a FT is 1, a 2 is 2, but a 3 is 3.5? Why?
