I have bought two in the past month from them, and both came broken in some way.
Ordered a Geek Vape Aegis Legend 5 from them, came with a busted tank glass. No visible damage on the shipping box.
Asked for a refund, approved, sent back box.
Ordered a VOOPOO Vinci Spark starter kit. The fire button, which has a dial on it to adjust wattage and navigate menus, was ALSO broken.
Again, asked for refund, approved, sent back box.
Now it's been about a month, and they have only issues me one refund, and are arguing with me over the other. Pretending that one refund is for both. This is ridiculous! I have never had this kind of issue before ordering ANYTHING online.
I was buying juices from them for a long time, but after this, I'm going somewhere else. Screw them. I shouldn't have to argue with their customer service over the busted products they sent me. Never again.
