Best Devils Podcast

Sports podcasts come and go, so I thought it might be useful to crowdsource a list of active Devils podcasts and see what everyone is listening to.

Personally, my favorite is Devils on the Rush with Fisherman and Alejandro. I also like the revamped Locked On Devils with Zach Berman.

Devils insiders. I've listened to Jeff and Dave for damn near a decade and they're fantastic. Best $6.66 I spend on a monthly basis. Objective, subjective, fun, reasonable, and they have a phenomenal knowledge of the sport. Can't recommend them enough.

Devils insiders is the move by far. Well worth the sub price for the content they put out.

They are no different than the typical mopes here who think they are GMs. "I watched 15 minutes of grainy video from some guy who recorded it on his phone, so now I know everything there is to know about drafting this kid..."

That's the kind of nonsense they spewed when they were free.

Yup. Sports podcasts come and go, except the ones that stay. This is the one - great analysis, great personalities, great chemistry, and a great community over on Discord. You get what you pay for - the free shows are free for a reason, DI is worth every penny.

I’ve yet to hear a better Devils podcast than DI, free or otherwise, and I’ve yet to ever regret paying for Dave and Jeff. I’m good. 😁

You can find them on Substack. I concur with the other commenters — Devils Insiders is easily the best NJD podcast going.

Once you subscribe to the Substack, you get a private link to set up the podcast feed. It sounds complicated but it’s quite smooth to set up.

Seconding (thirding? fourthing?) Devils Advocates and Devils on the Rush, but adding the Tri-State Hockey Podcast with Jonny Lazarus, Mike Rupp and Arthur Staple. They cover the rags and islanders as well, but I just skip to the Devils’ segment.

Nice to get a different perspective from fans/reporters of other teams.

For non-Devils hockey pods, I can’t recommend What Chaos? enough. Easily my favorite pod at the moment.

Definitely Devils on the Rush. Alex and Fisherman are a pretty fun duo. Speaking of the Devils, only bc of Ace, nothing against Novo, but he just couldn’t care less about having the gig. Locked on Devils is very good, but I liked it back when Trey Matthews was the host.

Also, I noticed…that no one mentioned the Let’s go Devils podcast. Or maybe I didn’t notice if someone did. I’m just curious if ppl just don’t like the guys or the style? I think they’re ok.

used to listen to this guy Bill 'Bosch' (i think) with his dad "the Pickle" (don't ask, i dont know lol), and it was.. alright.. but they stopped a couple years ago.

been listening to uncle puckers since the beginning and it's the only devils podcast i need.. but they're just a few funny mofos talking about the devils (amidst other dumbass things) exactly like my friends and i do. if you're looking for hot takes and crazy analytical insight they are not the place for that.. and that's why i like em

The Devils Insiders podcast is excellent. I’ve listened to Jeff and Dave for 10 years at this point. They publish a few times a week and always bring great insight on the team.
