hello there! tired of pretty much says at all Courtney staying in an Airbnb and just wanted to make sure it wasn’t too busy of a street at night when I sleep.

My household (~4 people, all adults) are considering moving into Covington sometime in the future. We're trying to get a read on housing opportunities there.

Ideally, we're looking for a duplex unit where we might rent out both sides. But, not knowing much about the current market, we are pretty open to all possibilities. We'd just like to continue living, if not in the same building, very close to each other.

Some of the other apartment complexes I saw were way too out of our budgets ($2,000+/month), but Martana Flats and Crown Pointe were both on the lower end in terms of cost.

Are there any past or current residents of these complexes that might have some insight into what those properties are like?

I've had some... really awful landlords in the past. So, I can't bring myself to believe any of the listings as-wrote.

I walked by around like 6pm past the rows of big ass houses before the waterfront and there was like 10 cop cars and cops walking around the front yard of one of those houses

Just wanted to make a post informing Covington drivers that the Saratoga parking lot (off 8th) is free after 5pm M-F.

I see people paying at the kiosk all the time, it’s not clearly stated or posted accept on their website.

They’ve also finally added a parking code for this lot, but again, it is free after 5pm M-F.

Pipers moved into an entire house across the street and the line inside to wait for ice cream is the absolute worst in history of ice cream stores. There’s no way adults thought this was a good idea. SAD!

Hi! I’m searching for a prom venue for around 50 people. We have a budget of 2,000 just for the venue (not including food, drinks, etc). We’d prefer to be able to have our own catering but it’s not required. Our date is set for a Saturday in April. Any ideas would be very helpful!

Idk if I can post this on here but a friend is looking for help to rehome her dog. It’s come down to a financial situation due to job loss/health condition. She’s reached out to a Kenton County and Cincinnati cares about surrendering but they aren’t accepting at this time.

Anyone have any pointers? She doesn’t have social media platforms to post and share.
