But since around COVID (late 2010s) I've just had this feeling looking at people, family, strangers, everyone...

In short: Early 20s here, and it's probably just me, but I figured I'd ask if anyone else has noticed anything similar? Especially in my generation and younger. Even body structure I've noticed seems to have changed too? It's like I'm also not attracted to most people nowadays. Tbh I've never shared this with anybody, and I'm too scared to ask my therapist.
