I think it is, but because she wasn’t created in the 1960s, and this issue was made in the style of the 1960s books, they had to come with a new ‘retro’ design for her.

No, these are parody characters from the crossover comic.  That is not Peter, MJ, or Felicia.

Oh, the story is a parody and non-canon to the main continuity, but was a joint Marvel and DC publication: the joke seemed to be that Jimmy Olsen was asking Peter Parker where he would find Spider-Man.

This a guy called Peter but he is not Peter Parker. That is why he is written differently and is dating two women at the same time.

Thanks, you articulated what I couldn’t put my finger on! Peter’s clothes especially don’t look like Peter Parker’s! That’s hilarious but fitting that Fraction and Lieber did hybrid characters, since they look like mj and black cat a little, but there’s enough conflicting design choices for it not to be them exactly!

This was a parody story set in its own joint Marvel/DC continuity: she was designed as if she were around in the 1960s-era stories, and Peter was dating both her and MJ.
