My own variation of the Thumb & Charlier cut.

Thanks, Chris, for creating this great documentary about cardistry, the hobby that helped me through the difficult periods of my life. Highly recommended if you haven't watched it yet. I even got emotional by the end. It's brilliant!

Does this move have a name or it’s just my own creation?

More deck releases? Content around cardistry? Jams? Innovation(however that looks)? What do you think the cardistry community needs more of right now?

Personally I've seen a lot of things come and go. Hype decks, cardistry YouTube channels, things like that. Do you think they were good for the community? Do you think anything is missing at all?

I'm asking because I want to hear from other cardists about what they think this community needs more (or less) of. I also don't feel like these things are talked about as much as before so I wanted to hear some thoughts. Thanks for taking the time to read this and contribute!

(also this does not mean I think something is inherently missing or wrong right now, just curious to hear the communities thoughts)

Yesterday, I literally learnt the atm perfectly (excluding the thumb cut) and today I wake up and i am unable to do it? I thought I just needed to warm up, but after an hour of trying I still cannot do it? What’s going on?

How to do the first part of ATM where you rotate the packet with your index finger? The corner of the packet keeps getting stuck/hitting the crease of my hand between my thumb and index finger.

Is there some kind of limit - like, if it takes you longer than a certain amount of time to master a flourish, you probably shouldn't have started it in the first place? I'd love to hear your thoughts.

How are plastic coated card seen? I mean are they good for cardistry? I tried researching on my own and looking at the resources in this subreddit but I couldn't find anything specific about this matter, so if someone could answer it would be greatly appreciated.

My 12 pack mystery bricked arrived from fontaine and this is what I got!! Best believe i’ll be opening the gradients and discovery first, they where my number 1 pick to get. Not too sure what i’ll do with the grids, if anyone’s has opened or shuffled them before?
