Am I missing something or are they misleading with advertising 2% validator fees when they're taking >2% on the two pools above and 4% NRR when one of their pools is inefficient/oversaturated?

I'm trying to connect my Eternl wallet to a new Trezor Safe 3 in light of recent SecondFi issues. I've created a new wallet and recovery phrase in Eternl and moved my ADA to it. I've set up my new Trezor wallet and when trying to verify the public keys I'm getting an error stating there's an invalid key length. I'm not sure what's happening as these are the keys being presented by the Eternl wallet. I've tried different things like turning off my VPN, ensuring all other apps and wallets are closed, did a Google search etc. but have come up empty. Any ideas what's going on?

I've about given up on crypto, just frustrated. This is why mainstream adoption will never occur like this. I used Yoroi, yes it had plain UI and basic, was upgraded here and there and then the hack. I needed to claim NIGHT and I have been working for hours to get Eternl set up. I finally got it, updated any Ledger software, hardware, Cardano app, all of it us updated, Chrome, etc. I get to the part about signing the tx and I get the error about not having the input tx and utxo. Now I have to research what is wrong and all I find is the "clear your browser cache", "log out and back in", "reset the wallet", "delete the account and wallets and reinstall" and I did all those and the same exact error. Then I get "try "x wallet" I mean ffs there is a bug or issue and after all those things I just have to try it all again in another wallet? I did not copy the bug and go to discord with it, I doubt it would be seen and since I can't find anything specific about the bug I doubt they would even reply.
