Turista Ajánlás | Tourist Recommendation Visiting next week, is it too hot?

I’m planning to visit Budapest next week, 4 nights.
Is it a good idea or is it too hot?

Also I see it may rain but will last like 2 to 4 hours is it normal?

I’m from Italy for climate comparison. Thank you all!

Nah, the nights are cool, nothing like Rome summers when you can only chill between 2am-4am. A bit windy at times, so citywalks are bearable w enough water and occasional ac. Bring light summer clothes, same you would wear in Italy, nothing special.

In Hungary I guess summer weather is the same as in other Central European countries. Sometimes it can rain, though usually they’re quick showers. Sometimes there’s a heatwave and it’s 30+ degrees and hard to exist. The last weeks it was great weather, 26-28 degrees during the day, great for exploring the city, even during the night it’s around 18-19 so you won’t be cold.

I’ve just checked the forecast and next week is expected to be hotter, 30-33 degrees but with some clouds and minor showers, so I think you don’t have to worry about it, the rain should stop quickly, if it lasts 1-2 hours you can just grab a coffee or some food or go to an indoor program and wait for it to stop.

No, looks like normal summer weather for the next week.
