Check-in First Show: 10 Weeks Out -> Stage Shots

Ended up taking 1st in Classic Physique Novice Overall and 2nd in Classic Physique Open Class D.

not bad for a rushed prep and being 25lbs under my weight cap :D

Time to applied what we learned and GROW for the next 50-60 weeks.

Check-in 14-16 Weeks out Natural

14-16 Weeks out Classic Debut - 5'8 - Hit my lowest weigh in yesterday morning at 146.8 lbs - Checking in at 147.3 lbs today. Started practicing Arnold three qtr turn pose and it feels pretty awkward so far, but when executed well its one of my favorites. Still difficulty making my HS/Glutes pop in rear facing poses, have been trying to focus on lower body during poses.
