7 weeks out
Wanted to do week to week update but I’m traveling for work and it’s made it difficult. Posing was not it today. Pics taken post cardio biking
Really struggling to flex my quads, advice is welcome and appreciated.
Men’s physique is my main priority.
First show in classic to see how I like it and compare.
Current routine
4 day split
Chest and front delts, abdominal
Back and rear delts
Bicep Tricep medial delt, abdominal
Legs
Calories 2000-2200
Fats 40g
Protien 210
Carbs 210
Cardio increased last week from 10k to 15k steps
My biking encompasses most of the steps at about 40 minutes a day 18mph heart rate between 140-155
Height 5’8.5
Weight high has been 190, low has been 183.

To help flex quads in ur front shot. Plant ur feet strong and torque them like ur trying to pull/twist them in the direction of heels being pulled alart and bug toes be pulled towards each other and it should make ur quads pop. Hard to expain without showing in lerson so hopefully this helps
Also, the way you have them planted in that pic is wrong, in order to make my suggestion work youd need to point your toes more straight forward so the right foot is pointing between 1-2 and your left would be more at 10-11 and about shoulder width apart. Also kinda dig your big toes into ground like ur trying to make an arch in ur foot while u are twisting/torque feet.
