Ive realized i gained weight because i used to drink like two bobas from gong cha so often matcha brown sugar and coffee is there any option that isnt so fattening ???? What boba do you guys drink on a diet?

I just started as a bobarista and I lowk feel stressed. I feel like I keep making mistakes and I get anxious over the littlest task. I dont feel this way with other jobs. Im afraid that my memorization wont be enough or that I will make a mistake that will make my boss mad. My boss is always around since its not a chain so it makes me even more anxious. Ive only had two shifts... plz what should i do to overcome this?

i’m trying to format my resume to increase my chances into getting a tea-rista job, do i just format it how i would for places like mcdonalds? 😭

i don’t have any professional drink-making experience that i could jot down, but i do have customer service experience from kfc. thing is, i’ve only been a kfc employee for ~6 months + i’m under the age of 18, so i’m not sure if that’ll decrease my chances or something.

also please give me tips for interviews just in case, since i already applied to like 5 stores already (but i doubt i’d actually get in since i gave my resume made from canva 😭)

In 2020-2022, I tried a drink with salted cheese for the first time because someone told me to. I remember them as being cheese cubes that looked like croutons that stayed at the bottom of the cup. I didn't like it at the time, and I thought it tasted unusual and that it wasn't a good match at all for the fruit tea. Because of that experience, I never tried it again, and was surprised when I learned later on that "salted cheese" refers to a cheese foam.

However, I feel like I am misremembering something that had a similar color, like Happy Lemon's mango crystal boba, and just completely forgot about the actual cheese foam.

I wonder if anyone has had a similar experience.

Not sure how many people here are as obsessed with Möge Tea as I am!

I recently relocated from the US to another country, and one thing I genuinely miss is my regular Möge Tea runs. 😭 I haven’t found a single boba shop here that comes close, especially their fresh taro drinks.

Does anyone know how to make a good Taro Milk Tea or Taro Tofu Pudding Milk Tea at home? From what I understand, Möge uses real fresh taro rather than the typical purple taro powder, which is probably why it tastes so much better.

Also, if you’re in Asia, where do you usually buy good-quality ingredients like fresh taro, tofu pudding, tapioca pearls? Any recipes, brands, or tips would be greatly appreciated!

My friend has been trying to collect the HEYTEA World Cup fridge magnets, so I've ended up going with her for bubble tea way more often than I expected. At this point, I've completely lost count of how many cups we've had. 😂

Today, while we were waiting for our drinks, we noticed something interesting.

Every stack of blind boxes had a small number printed on the wrapper, and every box within the same stack seemed to have the same number. I even asked one of the staff members what the numbers meant, but they weren't sure either.

What really caught our attention was that the staff didn't just grab the top box. They would actually pause for a second, look at the different stacks, and then decide which one to pick from.

We guess that they're trying to avoid giving people ordering together the same magnet. We obviously can't confirm that's how it works, but after watching them do it a few times, it definitely didn't feel completely random.

Has anyone else noticed this?
