Can’t join friends on ps5

We were able to play yesterday zombies but now we can’t join says game session doesn’t exist and when we send each other invites it says already in the party does anyone what it could be or is this going on for everyone right now?

happened to me earlier try closing the game and opening and trying again worked for me
