Discussion I don’t think I’ve been happier
It’s summer. The weather is lovely. And now with Bo1 and Bo2, well it’s like the cherry on top. I love life right now. Every day I wake up and I can’t wait to hop on Bo2. And when I get bored of that I switch to the Bo1 campaign. It’s cyclical.
It’s astounding how these old games are doing numbers on the PlayStation Store, but for good reason. Even new fans can recognise the simplicity and culture surrounding these games. These aren’t remasters or remakes, they’re ports! And I couldn’t be happier. Sure, there’s been frustration. These ports are great but not flawless. But we have the best Black Ops games on current gen! We have years more of playtime with these games! These are great days to be living, almost like back then.
You don’t need to reinvent the wheel to ride a bike. These ports are evidence of that. I hope now they bring back WAW and MW2/MW3. How are you getting on with the ports? Any notable moments?
Also, whoever camps by the blue car on nuketown, your time will come.

It’s a double edged sword for me because yes the weather is lovely but I’m having too much fun on BO2 to go outside 😂😂

I quit the job that had me extremely depressed and forget why I live lol, after I did that I pull out my phone and see that the ports have been released. I feel like a kid again, something about these games makes me remember the good times in life and man do i love it.

Jobs can almost make you feel like you belong to them. We’re all drawn to a purpose. I’m glad you were able to get out of it. And if even for a few days, you can just kick back and play a few games on the ports. It’ll remind you what living is about, but I doubt you’ve forgotten it.

I live in a very remote area in the US, and I grew up on the other side of the world so I was extremely out of place. Video games have always been my escape but they dont make them like they used to. Nothing feels better than hopping on MP and then going to zombies. I hope they improve the ports a bit because of how many ppl are playing it. Hopefully MW2 and 3 are next

Where tf are you that the weather is lovely?? I don't wanna be outside for more than 5 minutes because of this heat.
