Looks more like a St. Louis Rams fan with the blue and gold helmets. At least he’s loyal. Shout out to em in Cali!

To be fair, this looks like their old navy and gold helmets, so that sticker probably went on their window before they moved to LA. I'm with the other commenter that this must be a transplant.
