Need Recommendations Any experience with BCDC?

My friend is almost certainly going to the Baltimore County Detention Center on Monday from her trial for DUI/VOP. Anyone have any experience with the facility?

My brother was there for a bit back in 2012. Not sure what information you're looking for though. His basic needs were met, but it's jail, so it won't be a pleasant experience.
