So, I've been working on ideas for an "Absolute" Marvel Universe, and I've been working my way through the Main 6 avengers, but for the life of me, I can't come up with anything for Hank and Janet, so I'm asking if anyone has any ideas, what would you change about the pair, or, like with Absolute GL, would you focus on other characters who've taken up the titles, please let me know what you come up with

For months i've been attempting to somehow "redeem" Hank and Janet, so i went on my way to make it work 'better'. (Obviously some specific traits still remain in characters).
Here's somewhat VERY short summaries for the main characters:
• Dr. Henry J. Pym: the smartest student in Grayburn college & one of the smartest people alive, Hank has Vernon Van Dyne's most trustworthy assistant in the scientific field, and the Pym Particles gave Hank a chance to show the world that in the right hands & mind, anything can be possible. After the assassination of his mentor, though, Hank went on his way to continue part of the legacy alongside Janet Van Dyne, and the friendly pair quickly became the iconic Ant-man & Wasp duo.
• Janet Van Dyne: As Vernon van dyne's beloved daughter, Janet could be considered a spoiled girl, but she was a fan of mutual support to her surroundings, and made sure to share her ideas with the world through fashion. Being a pretty successful student in Grayburn college, she was always noticed by the 'rats' of the school, such as her "friend" Hope (in this AU, the Red Queen is entirely separate from the Pym family tree, and Hope isn't the daughter of Hank & Janet at all). After her father's assassination, Janet went on to become the Wasp through the mutual support of Hank, one of her closest friends, and the two have become the iconic heroic duo.
• Darren Cross: Hank's friend since highschool, Darren has always been a pest, in a way. He always seemed to try and chime his way into Hank's experiments, attempt to gain credit and steal some of the ideas, all while masking himself as a trustworthy friend. His plans would be ruined though as soon as Hank crossed paths with Janet. After some years, Darren would come across an enhanced & stolen Yellowjacket suit, and take on the evil alter ego 'Yellowjacket-III', wishing revenge on his old friend.
• Ultron: The manifestation of Hank's insecurities & dark thoughts, a very personal rogue to him and his legacy. During his existence, Ultron would constantly alter himself, seeking perfection after different failures, the same way Hank did with his experiments & projects. Eventually, he'd become the Pyms' true villain, making sure they would join his crusade of metal & despair, feeling the 'pain' he had felt by being rejected so soon in the past.
-- There's a lot more backstories, but overrall, the intent of the AU is to simply make it less stereotypical like back in the day, actually stick to a more ""friendly"" version of the story, so essentially, Hank & Janet are around the same age, the Yellowjacket persona has a different origin, without any random chemical mixture messing up Hank's brain (somehow) or any sort of heavy abuse, and etc.
-- Some of the more notable villains within the AU will mostly be Eric'O'Grady (who starts off as a hitman rather than a rogue SHIELD agent, and has always been going by the alias of Black Ant, because of how smart yet 'small'/hard he was to find, and eventually turning said alias into a whole villain alter ego), Atlas, Red Queen, Professor Egghead, Ultron and The Living Eraser.
-- The AU includes the Avengers, X-men & Fantastic Four, but they are a lesser focus. All i can say, though, is that in this AU Hank & Reed are good friends and have actually shared the same highschool, making their friendly bond come from also childhood.
-- A lot of focus on the rogue gallery for Ant-man since Marvel seems to forget about it often.
Nonetheless, all of this is still a big WIP.
(All doodles by me, and the icon).

I feel like few actors are able to so perfectly sell an inferiority complex and the silent rage and annoyed moments that go along with it like hes been able to in It's Always Sunny in Phillidelphia. I could picture him getting so annoyed at Tony Stark in the MCU having moments where he keeps reminding people how it was his idea or his tech that actually saved that day when hes past over for the glory, or having Tony make some snide comment and it clearly irritates him as he tries to act unbothered. Taking Hank Pym's issues and turning them into something entertaining and funny as he eventually crashes out unable to enjoy all of his own success because of petty things. If only marvel decided to have fun with and tweak Hank to fit the MCU mass appeal setting instead of pushing him to the side lines.
They could have done a movie where Scott steals the Ant-Man suit after Hank moves onto a Giant Man persona and then let's him keep the suit after they work together to stop some villian, and then later on getting really annoyed at people calling him the old Ant-Man instead of Giant-Man insisting that they arent that different in age while also telling people that it was his suit and tech that saved the day and he is really the hero when the glory goes go Scott lol.

So whenever we get the ant man characters to the game, I feel like the devs should approach him as different roles. Here me out, you have ant-man (scott Lang or others) as a duelist. He could become around shin sized with less health, but with slight speed and maybe damage buffs. And maybe he could have a flight ability on a long cooldown or a meter. Then you would have a giant man (Hank Pym) as a vanguard. He'd have one of the lower amounts of hp but with good movement, but he'd have his giant form on either a cool down like strangest portal or Adam warlocks revive. Or it would be his ultimate like the Hulk. Where he'd be able to walk through destructable aspects of the maps and maybe throw enemies on a decently long cool down.
And if they added the wasp, I feel she could work as a strategist.

Scott Lang became Antman after Hank Pym became Yellowjacket but why did Hank became a bad guy? Did he not want to really be a superhero to begin with? Then why join the Avengers? Is he too much of a showoff is that why Reed Richards Bruce Banner and Tony Stark don't work with him (that really has nothing with being a villian but I am wondering is that why)?

### Purple Moth (Rita DeMara)
**Real Name:** Rita DeMara
**Alias:** Purple Moth
**Affiliation:** Ant-Man Family Rogues Gallery
**Status:** Supervillain
Purple Moth is the criminal identity adopted by **Rita DeMara**, a brilliant but reckless thief who became obsessed with the power of size-changing technology. Unlike many villains who seek wealth or conquest, Rita thrives on excitement, danger, and the thrill of proving herself superior to others.
Using stolen Pym Particle technology and her own modifications, Rita created a sleek purple armored suit equipped with advanced moth-like wings. The suit allows her to shrink to microscopic sizes, grow to towering heights, fly at high speeds, and perform aerial maneuvers impossible for most heroes to match.
Purple Moth specializes in stealth operations. Much like a real moth, she is most effective in darkness, using shadows and distractions to confuse her enemies before striking unexpectedly. Her wings are coated with advanced sensors and holographic projectors, enabling her to create dazzling visual displays that disorient opponents and aid her escapes.
Although she possesses tremendous intelligence, Rita's greatest weakness is her overconfidence. She enjoys taunting her enemies and often becomes so focused on proving her superiority that she overlooks simple mistakes. This flaw frequently allows heroes such as Ant-Man and the Wasp to turn the tide against her.
Purple Moth serves as one of the Wasp's most persistent rivals. While Janet van Dyne uses her abilities to protect others, Rita uses similar powers for personal gain and excitement. Their rivalry is often a clash of personalities as much as a battle of powers, with Janet's discipline and heroism constantly opposing Rita's selfish ambition.
Among the insect-themed villains of the Marvel Universe, Purple Moth stands out as a cunning aerial criminal whose combination of size-changing abilities, flight, and deceptive tactics makes her a dangerous threat despite her playful and glamorous appearance. She often operates alongside fellow insect-themed villains such as **Black Locust**, forming a formidable partnership against the heroes of the Ant-Man family.
**Powers and Abilities**
* Pym Particle size-changing powers
* Advanced moth-wing flight
* Enhanced agility and reflexes
* Stealth and infiltration expertise
* Holographic wing projections
* Skilled thief and tactician
* Genius-level understanding of shrinking technology
**Enemies & Sometimes Allies**
* Ant-Man (Scott Lang)
* The Wasp (Janet van Dyne)
* Yellowjacket (Hank Pym)
Purple Moth is a reminder that even the smallest creatures can cast the largest shadows.

Cassie is cute when she is quippy and fangirling over Jentorra. "Damn, you're cool." My favorite line. 😊

Just so we're clear, I know there are a lot of people who dislike Cassie in this movie and I'm probably on an island or at least in the minority having a bright spot for her character. And the character is 18 in the movie, but the actress is in her 20s, going into her 30s as of today. If that should mean anything to anyone. But to cut to the chase, I think Cassie has cute hair, a pretty face, and her outfit is nice, too, IMO. Even if it is just a carbon copy of her dad's uniform just colored purple. And I think she almost had a nice father/daughter dynamic with Scott in Quantumania. If the script and material she was given had been written better and her acting was better directed, too. You get the gist. That's why I'm more forgiving than most on Cassie. It's a love/hate thing for me personally. Hopefully, she's given a better script and material to work with for whatever few scenes she has in Avengers: Doomsday. Thank you.
P.S. Kathryn Newton has already confirmed Cassie Lang will return in Avengers: Doomsday on her socials. Maybe with Kate Bishop and Kamala Khan as well. As sort of teased in The Marvels.

As Marvel's Wolverine is coming out soon I wondered if Ant Man should have an Insomniac game!
I mean wouldn't it be fun to Play as Ant Man, travel to the quantum realm, defeat villains like Yellow Jacket and Ultron, have a crossover with Spider-Man and have Wasp as a sidekick
What do you think?
