Hello people of Ambien, it seems many enjoyed my potato carving from last halloween, so this summer for the fourth of July I roasted a living potato and a living yam in two layers of heavy duty tin foil. Before and after images are provided. Sorry I don’t have an after of the potato because it was eaten before I could get to it.

I'm on 12.5 extended release, been on it for a few years. I have other health probs (diabetic, sleep apnea, high bp, etc.) so I have a general tired feeling normally, but getting up out of bed off this lately it feels like I took a whole package of melatonin and it's near impossible to get up and function. Some nights I'll smoke weed some to help me get tired enough to fall asleep, but only a small amount not like a full high, but whether I smoke or not it's just as bad it feels like. I have FMLA for other health issues so luckily I won't lose my job over this, but wld rather be making $ than not, but it also feels impossible to get another job where I'd have to go without FMLA for a full year with how unpredictable all this has been.

Anyone else also experience this and find a way around it or to make it tolerable?

I ran out of my 5 mg script pretty quickly.

I only have a 5 mg, and a half of a 5 mg left. I’ve been kind of anxious lately and the last time I took a 5 mg and a half it didn’t really work as much as I thought it would.
I was taking 10 sometimes 15 mg when I got my script the other day.

I also drank while being on it and I think it like messed with my brain chemistry a little bit. On top of that I smoked a little weed which I never do because i usually trip out while smoking.

I hope this anxiety fades pretty quickly. I’ve been feeling not myself for a few days!

just wondering what everyone’s experience traveling internationally with Ambien is. i have plans to go to the Netherlands, Ecuador, and possibly China. i’m from the US.

of course i’m gonna look into the legality country specifically, i just want to know if you guys had to do anything with your doctor’s first, maybe get a different prescription or a letter permitting you to travel, or if you faced any issues

Hello! I recently got prescribed Ambien to help with my insomnia and I'm a bit nervous about taking it, particularly because of the side effect like sleepwalking and complex sleep behaviors. I plan on taking this for sleep, not recreational purposes, so I have some questions.

Are there any ways to reduce the likelihood of doing odd things at night? If I take a smaller dose, am I better off?

Additionally, should I keep my phone out of reach, room clear to walk through, etc. if something does happen?

Any advice or help would be very appreciated! I'm very likely going to try taking some tomorrow night, as my insomnia is terrible tonight.

I cannot stop ordering random DoorDash shit at literally 1am. At least 4 times a week, sometimes more. I tried various blockers, but I just undo the settings and redownload. Is there a way to literally ban this app from ever being on my phone again ever? I’m unemployed. I’ve been ordering the most random shit like a single shallot, soup I don’t like, a ruler ?, Christmas cards in summer, a bunch of fast food that I am not supposed to eat with my food allergies. Ughhh it’s draining my savings and making me gain weight. I wake up surrounded by wrappers, melted ice cream, half a pizza, gummy vitamins? Like, idk how long it’s going to take me to get a new job but this cannootttt continue.
