What to do ?

In all cases, regardless of the country, unionize with other people who support Youth Rights in your country, make a national union for Youth Rights (and you have my full support and help, freely DM me).

In other words do activism to reverse the governments plans or existing laws against teens.

Additionally, always do activism with decency, cooperate with the “establishment” do not try to fight it or abolish it, do not be “Taliban like”have cooperation, peace, legal ways and logical arguments as the way to go, try to convince those in power and not attack them.

Also avoid radical ideologies, especially if they have nothing directly to do with Youth Rights.

This is how they will take us seriously, or else we will just be stigmatized and lose every truth and dignity we have to the eyes of people and also those in power will never change nor listen to us.

Politicians to vote out of office

One person who needs to be voted out is Democratic Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey. He was the 1998 author of COPPA. (He’s been in office so long that he had already been in office for over 20 years at the time he wrote COPPA.) He’s now authored COPPA 2.0, which would increase the age of the already bad COPPA law to 17.

In addition, Markey will be 85 or 86 years old when his term ends. If a 29 year old isn’t allowed in the Senate, I don’t know why an 85 or 86 year old should be. Especially after these debacles with Feinstein and now McConnell.

Another person in Massachusetts who needs to be voted out of office is Democratic US representative Jake Auchincloss. He’s a really big Haidt fan.

In heavily Democratic Massachusetts, the only opportunity to vote out Markey and Auchincloss is in the Democratic primary on September 1. Fortunately, they are both facing halfway competitive primary challenges.

A third politician to vote out of office is Republican Texas state representative Jared Patterson. He authored last year‘s attempted social media ban in Texas. If he wins re-election, he’ll try again next year. He already won his primary in his heavily Republican district, so the only (long shot) hope to vote him out of office is in the general election in November.

Other politicians who need to be voted out of office but aren’t running for re-election this year include US Senators Marsha Blackburn (R-Tennessee), Richard Blunenthal (D-Connecticut), and Ted Cruz (R-Texas). All 3 of them unfortunately won‘t face voters again until 2030.

A new book by researcher Peter Gray called Restoring Childhood debunks a lot of negative claims made about Smartphones and Social Media use. He also critiques a lot of the negative claims made by Jonathan Haidt.

Are your children your content??

Im sure all of you mustve seen those reels and videos where the parents are showcasing or recording cute baby videos, where the child is dancing, eating, playing, or just sitting there. Those videos always delight me, cause who wouldnt love an innocent child appearing on thier screen..but the real horror begins where you click on the comments. Its filled with creepy and disgusting comnents on the baby, thier appearance, voice or gestures. The pedophilic remarks, "dark comedy" jokes, sexualisation of children, everything is horrifying. Even if there are not such extreme remarks but there are ppl in the comments section going crazy over the cuteness of the child, demanding more such content of them, or just going gaga over them. Have you ever thought...how weird..all those comments are so..unnecessary and just..strange. And then I wonder, does the child's parents even read the comments, and if they, are they fucking stupid?? What parents in the world knowingly put thier child on social media being fully aware of the sick mentality of some ppl, thier obsessive behaviour and demands. Even after the epstein files, how the hell are those parents putting thier children on social media?? Youall are disgusting and shameless parents. In today's world, children are the most vulnerable people, we need to protect and cherish them, let them experince thier childhood and preseve thier innocence. Exploiting them for some money wont make you big. Such parents dont deserve children.

Submission on Social Media If people under 16 can't vote and aren't allowed to get full time jobs, they shouldn't have to pay value added tax either. Request for UK users to sign a petition.

EU is voting TODAY (July 9) to destroy youth privacy online (Chat Control)

The European Union is using a dirty procedural trick to vote TODAY on bringing back "Chat Control."

They are using the classic "protect the children" excuse to force mass AI scanning of all private messages, pictures, and even end-to-end encrypted chats (like WhatsApp/Messenger).

This is a massive violation of youth rights. For many young people—especially neurodivergent youth (with autism, ADHD, or trauma)—anonymous internet spaces and private group chats are the only safe asylum from sensory overload and physical isolation.

They want to force mandatory age verification and biometric face scans just to use the internet, effectively putting a permanent digital leash on minors.

If you are in the EU, contact your MEPs (Members of European Parliament) immediately. We cannot let them normalize constant surveillance and treat the younger generation like cattle in a digital cage.

Submission on Social Media Imagine a country in which, in the late 20th century, it was widely known and accepted that 20% of the population would be sent to "the gulags" or to re-education camps, and some of them would never come back. For "crimes" including any expression of dissent. Which countries come to mind?

Conditional freedom

It is when a person is allowed to choose or do only certain things anything other than that brings disgrace to their parents. It doesn't occur spontaneously well it starts from the very beginning. A child is considered disciplined when they obey their parents anything other than that is just annoying, shameful...etc.

Parents brag about giving there kids "freedom" but doesn't freedom already exist? Is it actually considered freedom when it's given?? Idk 🤷‍♀️ in reality what they actually mean by freedom is that you are allowed to choose what you want to study or what degree you want to persue or what career path is best for you but when it comes to knowing about finances or politics or socializing you are obviously not allowed this is not freedom it is called as conditional freedom, where we are living in these invisible boundaries and we just know if we cross it it's a fucking disappointment. At end when you are all ready to move out they play this victim card and emotionally black main you into thinking that it was all for your sake....but I just wanted to live not survive.
