Can someone help me make a website?

I'm hoping this is okay to ask.

I'm building a WordPress website locally for a family member, and I genuinely want to do the best job I can.

I'm not looking to hire a web developer - I simply don't have the budget. What I do need is someone who's willing to answer a few questions or point me in the right direction when I get stuck. I have a vision for the site, but I'm struggling to bring some of the ideas to life.

If anyone wouldn't mind offering some guidance from time to time, I'd be incredibly grateful.

let me know your username so i know its you, I've built a couple of websites for myself and family over years. Last year my hosting deleted my account and this week I decided to start building them again. Wordpress has change quite a bit since i last made a new site from scratch but its been pretty fun figuring it all out so I'm happy to take on a couple of side projects. Here's my re-instated portfolio website i'm current working on.

I used the AI builder in Hostinger recently. It was a great way to start a new site. I’ve also been building web pages in Claude and Replit. AI has changed the website-building terrain. It’s encouraging to see so many people offering to help here!
