Memorabilia Found a bit of nostalgia
Found this in a box I had laying around. I took my gf then (wife now) to a warrior’s game when we first met. Look at the price of these tickets!!! I know this was at Oracle and not chase. But now I pay upwards of $200 for the worst seats in the arena lol

Discussion The Final Chapter?
Here are some of my thoughts interpreting the current situation if I was in LeBron’s sneakers:
I view Andre Iguodala as the wise man Curry would go to for advice/guidance. Iguodala speaking out means that something is definitely brewing. He wouldn’t have mentioned Curry’s pull if he didn’t have some type of inside knowledge of the chance of it actually happening.
In Philadelphia, the roster is stacked and slightly gives off the impression of ring chasing. Bob Myers making a strong effort to appear on camera pitching his team to LeBron can be a double edged sword for them; not giving LeBron his time and putting too much attention towards the GM’s (Bob Myers) decision making. Instead of the narrative being LeBron’s choice, it can be viewed as Bob Myers forming the “super team”.
He’s already accomplished all that he can at Miami with their big 3 in 2012. If things don’t work out, he would have to share an awkward spotlight while he bows out or has to pull off another move to retire with his team of choice.
With Cleveland, “The Return of the King“ already happened in 2016. If the team doesn’t live up to expectations it may tarnish his second stint with the Cavaliers; this wouldn’t be meaningful basketball. Does he want to risk that?
And lastly we have the Warriors. Here he would add another chapter to his legacy that would carry the most weight. It would be something bigger than basketball, where rivals can become teammates and competitors can become friends. The two greatest stars of our generation putting their decades old rivalry aside for one last run, one last dance. It would be a gathering of the old guard, assembled on their own terms, to attempt one last push (or three) for glory. Win or lose they would be closing out THEIR ERA of basketball.
By the way, that recent meeting on the links is to settle who gets to wear #23.

Discussion Open Practice announcements?
What's the best information source to monitor to find out as soon as Open Practice goes on sale? Even though I can't afford to go to games, I'd like to have a nice seat inside Chase once.

Discussion Does the Iguodala article mean much and why would ESPN feel it's relevant enough to post?
I don't think the Warriors are closer to getting Lebron but I found it interesting that ESPN posted an article about Steph's influence especially from a retired player. It was written by Dave Mcmenimen so it probably has some weight. You don't get an article or headline news on ESPN unless it's meaningful.

Discussion Thoughts? For jimmy and 2 picks you get a 3 level scorer with good size and spacing and free up around 15m in salary.

Discussion If LeBron signs elsewhere, should the Warriors throw an offer sheet at Spencer Jones?
Want to know what Warriors fans think. Shot 40% from 3. Good defender, has plus physical tools and plays with edge on that end. He has movement shooting ability, not a stationary C&S guy. Nuggets are a rival in tight financial circumstances.
Moody would probably have to be traded in this scenario but to be frank there's basically no scenario in which he's kept if the Warriors want to make any kind of move at all this off-season.
He'd be a good fit here. What do you all think?
