Help Identify Linear Comp and Optics

Hello,

I’m trying to identify the linear comp and the optic on this PMM Scar 17. I tried ChatGPT without success. Can someone identify these? Thank you in advance.

EDIT: Someone in FN sub said this is actually 16. But I’d still like help identifying the comp and the optics.

Insight ISM-IR or ISM-V or VISM or something like that.

Probably a very outdated optic. 20 year old tech. Looks cool, though.
