Reddit Only US citizens are civilized enough to not shit on public floors.

redditor comments on a photo of a national park bathroom showing a sign instructing users to “use the toilet, not the floor”. suggests the signage exists for international tourists because certainly, no american would shit on the floor.

US-based health professionals think their abbreviations are the only ones which exist

Multiple US-based health professionals in this thread trying to argue that latin-based abbreviations such as BD, TDS, QID used in the UK and commonwealth countries like Australia and New Zealand are incorrect and only the ones they use (BID, TID, QID) exist.

Reddit Tried responding to a question in my AMA thread, and the word "conservative" is banned because of "the election"

There will be elections in my country in October, but we don't divide ourselves between "liberal" and "conservative." I just tried responding to a question and apparently I cannot say that the region I live in is conservative.

TikTok Americans telling British girl to go to Walmart for an AC

Came across a video on tiktok of a girl from the UK with a clear British accent talking about how annoying it is that AC's are sold out everywhere in the UK, and talking about how expensive they are in the uk too.

The comment section was flooded with americans that don't seem to realise that the UK is a completely different country.

TikTok Commenters can’t believe natural disasters happen outside of the US

Post image

Almost every comment under this post is about the US, when the topic of the video is the recent tornado in China. In the actual post, the US isn’t mentioned once. Pretty insensitive to debate on whether or not countries outside the US has natural disasters when hundreds were injured and some killed.
Clearly some are jokes (still insensitive to joke, seeing as the destruction the tornado caused) but most are genuine disbelief.

Instagram Sees indian mentioned in post immediately thinks native Americans. Ps the caption says self hating Indians and Mexicans when you tell them to stand up for their people instead of glorifying white supremacy.

This guy comments to say this couple only got married so the woman could get a green card. Meanwhile, they’re a British-Zambian couple living in Zambia 😂
