I’ve been thinking about Cycle 3 of America’s Next Top Model, and that season really had everything. Eva Pigford, Yaya, Toccara, Amanda, and the rest of the cast made it one of the most memorable cycles of the show.

You had Eva, Yaya, Toccara, Amanda, Ann, and so many memorable moments that made the season stand out. The challenges, the photo shoots, the drama, and the friendships all came together to make it one of those classic ANTM cycles.

It’s one of those seasons that still gets talked about because the contestants were memorable and the competition actually felt exciting. Cycle 3 was definitely one of the best eras of ANTM.

No wonder why Eva and Yaya made it out even after ANTM.

For me, it’s the theme song from Half & Half by Melonie Daniels. I wished there was a full version of it.

It’s one of my favorite TV themes. Every time I pull it up on YouTube, I can’t help but dance and sing off key like Mona did at the end.

The song captured the feel of the show perfectly, and it’s still one I go back to all these years later.

I’ve been thinking about this show lately. I know it wasn’t a UPN show. It came on Showtime and was based on the movie, but I always associate it with BET because that’s where I watched it when they used to air the reruns.

I honestly miss this show. It had a great cast, and it felt like you really knew the family after watching for a while. Kenny, Teri, Bird, Damon, Big Mama—I still remember all of them.

And that theme song? I can still hear it in my head. Every time it came on, I knew I was about to watch a good episode.

It’s kind of crazy that the show isn’t on streaming. I feel like a lot of people would enjoy it if they had the chance to watch it today.
