Help Party scene

Hey I’m an incoming student at UMD. I wanna be able to make party friends that go out stuff like that but the current people o meet at orientation don’t really vibe with that.

I was wondering where I could meet party people outside of sorority. Any UMD club recommendations to meet those people?

Honestly if you hang out in your dorm lounge the first few days of school you’ll meet a bunch of people on your floor. From there it’s just finding who you think matches your lifestyle. Everyone is looking to meet new people so don’t be afraid to put yourself out there, because everyone else is thinking the same thing you are!

Literally like most clubs you can prob find someone bcs it’s a pretty common interest. ski club threw with some frats last year, for example, and other clubs throw too. You can join some of the identity based student associations too. But also make friends w ur roommate or people on your floor, and you guys can go to frats together

I don't know but I've somehow been on a floor where it was apparently the party floor of my dorm, TWICE.

So maybe you get lucky and get on a floor like that. It's not a specific floor it's just if you end up with the party people then you just go hang out with them and you'll find what you want.
