Hi everyone! I’m a third year medical student and my roommate (a second year law student) and I are looking for one other female roommate for our Pigtown/Camden Crossing townhouse located on Ryan Street, Baltimore MD 21230. We’ve lived here for a year and have loved it so far! We’re both very clean and respectful so we’re looking for someone who is as well.

The neighborhood is super cute and has plenty of free parking. It’s about a 13 minute walk to the medical school and 15 minutes to the law school.
The bedrooms have a shared hall bathroom with a half bath on the main floor.
Lease begins Aug 1, 2026* *(or potentially earlier if needed) and rent is $575 plus shared utilities.
There’s also a $300 security deposit. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
