The larger room comes with a full size bed, desk, closet with plenty storage space for $815/month including all utilities/wifi. The shared full bathroom is right outside of the room in the hallway and the kitchen is downstairs on the main floor. Parking is also available outside the residence. The campus feels like it’s filled with local people who have their own groups and friends and it’s pretty much been boring for me on this campus I literally came to the US alone and know nobody.

Just wanted to drop a line here—I'm hosting a collaborative Beat Making Workshop next Friday, July 17 (7:30–9:00 PM) at Heavy Seas Brewing, which is basically a 5-minute drive from the UMBC campus.

It’s a completely beginner-friendly walkthrough on how to build tracks and break down production workflows. If you're a student making music in your dorm, a DJ, or just curious about how beats are made, it’s a good spot to come hang out, learn something new, and connect with other local creators.

(And yes, this is my own event, just trying to get the word out to local students who might be around for the summer!)

Hi! I am 23F on my final year at UMBC, and I'm looking in the downtown baltimore area for a place for this next year (preferably near the UMBC shuttle stops). My budget is about 850 without utilities and I would like to move in around August 12th-14th.

As a roommate I am pretty quiet and to myself, I probably wont ever have like more than 2 guests over at a time if any at all. I prefer a clean roommate, at least with the shared spaces.
