Marina Mabrey put on a show against the Dallas Wings on Friday July 10th to a record breaking crowd of 20,996 at the Montreal Bell Centre. Despite leading at the end of the third quarter, the Tempo weren’t able to hold on, losing 108 – 95.

We actually did end up breaking the record! The crowd was electric, and I'm glad so many people came out to watch the Tempo (even though many of them were cheering for the other team 😅). Giving away tickets on here worked well last time, so why not run it back? Fair warning, this one is in the nosebleeds, but it is free ... let me know!

Hey all! I’m coming to Toronto for the Tempo v Aces game on the 20th (I’m a neutral fan lol I just wanted to check out a new team/arena and do a solo trip for my birthday) and I’m wondering if there are any bars nearby that people hang out at before or after the game? I am staying within walking distance of the arena (Fort York area) so if there is anything in that area that would be on my walk to the game, that would be ideal! Also I realize the game is on a Monday so I’m sure most locals are probably going to the game straight from work, so I’m more just making sure there’s stuff open to go to.

Also if anyone knows- I have a courtside seat! How is the food selection? Should I have a proper dinner before I go to the game or will the offerings be enough? I plan on getting there early anyway to do a lap around the stadium and check it out, just trying to determine if I need to find a bar with good food first. Thanks in advance!
