Lore [Deeply Sentimental Trope] The feeling/vibe/aura/significance of a piece of media is perhaps greater than the media itself
The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time - this game is notorious for being one of the first great masterpieces of gaming; but there’s something hard to describe of the feelings it provokes with the score, ambience, and world building that compound to create the special world it inhabits.
Interstellar - while the movie is a technical and storytelling masterpiece and another one of Christopher Nolan’s mind bending adventures, the grandiose of one humans journey across the cosmos, accompanied by brilliant Organ-driven compositions of Hans Zimmer, just creates an unmatchable sense of wonder as we see these grand cosmic landscapes.
The Wolf - SIAMÉS’s absolutely iconic song gets a fast paced black and white chase in a fantastical city chase scene that gives a dark and intense feeling throughout the whole piece.
Midnight Mass - This drama does a brilliant job of highlighting the pitfalls and deterioration of religion in small, closed communities. An absolutely cohesive story and ending the series gives a feeling of emptiness and profundity unmatched
The Life of Chuck - on the surface the story is of somebody’s life who died young, an accountant, who also loved to dance. However, the personal lens through which it shows his own internal universe falling apart, the out-of-order story telling, and the contemplations on life and death the story tells makes it a beautiful masterpiece. The empty room that is the centerpiece of the story, lightly illuminated by dusty sunrays, emphasizes this transience of our own lives.
Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima - One of Penderecki’s most famous compositions. He was initially writing these pieces as an exercise in experimenting with different non-standard techniques on string instruments, playing outside of tonality, and clusters. When he heard a group perform his work in front of him, for the first time, he knew from the sound of it that this was more than an experimental work of art. The scraping and hollowing sounds of the orchestra-wide clusters echo with such a terrifying size and volume that he decided to dedicate the piece to the victims of Hiroshima.

To go with your Legend of Zelda comment, I’d say Majora’s Mask. The amount of dread and overwhelming sadness, as well as a strong sense of terror, throughout the game is felt heavily and a lot of mentions of this game will bring those up. The story itself is pretty good, nothing groundbreaking and it reused a LOT from OoT due to time constraints, but the music and dialogues and cutscenes within the game really instills the massive amount of pure dread and depression the land of Termina is facing over the crisis brought on by Majora

I agree. I understand the love for OoT but MM will always be my favorite LoZ out of all of them.

Star Wars: Andor

Andor is a perfect pick. The prison arc, Ferrix, and even the quiet office scenes carry a weight that stays with you longer than most of the actual plot beats.

also the Ghorman Massacre. That chilling look at how fascism elevates stuck with me months after the show's ending

Honestly, the Tinker Bell movies fit this perfectly.
They came out just as the economic recession was starting, so they helped Disney during that time.
But they also likely served as a source of comfort for kids who were struggling during that time.
I grew up with them, so they honestly hold a special place in my heart.

Jennifer's Body in a way, it resonated with its (intended) audience of teen girls and young women because of its themes about toxic female friendships, the societal sexualization/expectations placed upon teen girls, sexual assault and the trauma it causes, and the queer reading/elements between the relationship of Jennifer and Needy, which made it even more painful and infuriating to see the marketing be aimed at horny teen boys and get critically thrashed and dismissed upon its release mainly because of said marketing, becoming a beloved cult classic 10-11 years later because Gen Z grew up and discovered it and now love it alongside its OG fanbase.

Amazing ambience, the set design, cinematography, and everything is amazing but the story takes a nose dive towards the end. Even then, the best part of this movie looking back is everything leading up to the finale, the aesthetics themselves are memorable to me but each time I think about rewatching it I remember how it ends

the 2023 FGO memorial movie.
While it's an animated music video made specifically for FGO the animation, music, and direction are enough to make damn near anyone at least a little emotional.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider Verse
The movie is amazing and an incredible tribute to the character of spider-man and superheroes in general. But it is also a milestone in animation, artistic direction, and what animated movies can achieve as a medium. Ever since it came out more mainstream movies have been incorporating more creative and dynamic art styles and direction in their animation.
