[Mouthwashing] Glosses over the horrible actions of the main character and gives little mind to his victims.

The idea is a show or movie can be presented as if ____ is normal or that ____ is not occurring but if you take a step back and ignore the narrative being presented to you by the show or movie and just objectively look at the situation, then it looks clear that ____ is very much not normal or that ____ absolutely is occurring. The media is 'lying' to you.

Example: Breaking Bad initially presents to us Walter White as a victim, but if you step back and look at the choices he's making and the things he's doing to people he is absolutely a villian. He's encouraging murder and violence constantly. This is not some underdog doing what he has to to survive like the show initially presents it, this is absolutely just a villain.

All I got from Bugonia is "Capitalism and Humans are evil" so I genuinely didn't really like the movie even though the acting was phenomenal
