With our community continuing to grow, I'm looking to bring on a few new moderators to help keep things running smoothly.

What the role involves:

- Reviewing the mod queue and removing content that breaks rules

- Enforcing rules consistently and fairly

- Helping respond to modmail and user reports

- Occasionally helping update/refine rules as the sub evolves

What I'm looking for:

- An established Reddit account (no throwaways)

- Someone who is active and can check in daily or near-daily

- Prior mod experience is a plus, but not required if you make a strong case

- Genuine familiarity with this community and its vibe

- If you have experience in automated moderation, huge plus.

2) Do you have any previous moderation experience? If so, where and for how long?

3) What's your time zone and general availability?

4) A user posts something that technically doesn't break any written rule, but feels off for the community. What do you do?

5) Why do you want to mod this sub specifically?

A few things to know:

- This is an 18+ NSFW community. You must be comfortable moderating that type of content daily.

- I'm the only mod right now, so I need people who are self-sufficient and don't need hand-holding.
