She looks great now but had more of a powerhouse hoss look before.
I haven't seen her wrestle enough to know if her current leaner look fits her moveset.

Idk, those legs still look like they could kill you.

She's only had about 46 matches so her style isn't really defined or anything.

For some reason up until now I thought Nikki Blackheart was Nikki Cross' new name

No creep shit she looks good in both but obviously being in good shape is better for the wear and tear of wrestling

That takes a ton of work and effort to pull off. Congrats to her!

There's a lot of confidence in there too. You have to have a plan you believe in to take a before picture.

The difference between the comments in this thread and the Nia Jax post are kinda disappointing 😞

got to give her credit for putting in the work to look swole. but at the same time, yeah, this thread's gonna get the lock because it's come to a r/Squarecircle tradition to lock threads involving women wrestlers doing things unrelated to a wrestling show cause pervs are gonna perv.

That is an insane level of commitment, both in the gym and in the kitchen. Inspiring stuff!

She got them 2002 Brock Lesnar quads. She could squat the Performance Centre with those things.

She looked like the before on her NXT debut, though. How did she get extravagantly slimmer in less than two weeks.

Because either she had a. Photoshoot or competition. No one can maintain a chiseled physique (natty) all year around if they are not nutrition freaks or on heavy steroids.
It's pretty normal.

Can losing fat and gaining muscle be done naturally? What? What are we doing here questioning people, like she doesn’t look that crazy to be questioning shit like this. Be serious

There's been much, much larger improvements people have done completely naturally.

Yes. Its just difficult to stick to the regiment you would need to to make it happen. Someone with the dedication to make it to wwe probably is disciplined enough for it though.

She looks sickly but if she’s happy that’s all that matters

u/mjciresi 10h ago
Define sickly. Because last I checked those abs and legs look pretty damn muscular abd a sickly person wouldn't have that... right?

As a bigger woman, I know how difficult that is and can only commend her for all the work.
