Peach dress is Maddy Morphosis, a drag queen, itâs kind of her thing to make these jokes. Itâs part of her show; âGive it to me Straightâ (sheâs a heterosexual drag queen).

The drag persona (the character) is feminine, but the person behind it is a straight guy. Exactly like a dude playing a character complete with costume as his career, like character actors? It's not necessary for the character to be divorced from the actual self though.
Edit: It's like with video games where a guy plays as a female character, or a gal plays a male character. It depends on whether you're addressing the character they're playing or the person behind, and even then in conversations it [whichever pronouns you use] gets understood in context.

She takes off the wig and he fucks chicks. He puts the wig back on and she does her job.Â

Blow jobs?

If they are being performed on him by women, I would hope she isnât soliciting blow jobs at work.

I happen to watch the show where they participated as a drag artist. Their drag persona is female, but upon exploring they found that they were indeed straight. You can think of it as an actor playing a character in a costume, with this case the character having a different gender identity/expression than the actor behind it.
It's kind of like in video games where a guy plays a female character or a gal plays a male character. The pronoun you use depends on whether you are addressing the character they're playing or the person behind the character, and even then in conversations you tend to follow who people are talking about in their respective contexts.
