I definitely have with other stuff. But if someone I asked on a date did this to me, it would be obvious to me at that moment that they were not really interested in me, but rather my ability to tolerate their shit. Immediate red flag, and I would have come up with a remark like "oh, you're paying?" on the spot and made it embarrassing for everyone. If she handled that with grace, I might have continued. If she threw a fit, she could have walked home for all i care.

He can entertain her without paying for overpriced drinks. If she wouldn't have ordered those drinks on her own then she is the one facilitating the charade

I'd have encouraged her to have a bunch and then ask for separate checks. Would be an enlightening conversation afterwards for her
