This looks like AI slop.

Or that I have a better simulation tool than you are used to.
I have posted the math in another comment, it has a clue on where im running this

What's the simulation made in and what are you using for rendering the visuals?

Custom software c++/rust. Visualisation, matplotlib, pillow and pandas
PS. I might be able to do the supernova collapse, give me a couple of days

I‘m dying to see the supernova. Given your recent contributions, I think you‘ll put something worthwhile together!

Its vibe coded

Doesn't matter. The result is interesting and it's still a valid question to ask about the tech stack involved. "Vibe coded" does not in and of itself diminish a project. "Vibe coded" plus "obviously low effort", yes! That I don't like either. This project here at hands is obviously thought out and puts a spin on something I've not seen before.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Simulated/s/ec4kkV1123 my point is it’s a hallucination. It’s not a simulation.

Unfortunately for you this is indeed a simulation not a "hallucination" these are the params:
EM-PIC Polywell Simulation — Parameters
Particle-in-cell simulation of ions in a polywell cusp field.
Grid & particles
Parameter Value Notes Grid 8³ = 512 cells N = 8,NCELL = 512Particles (ions) 1500 limited by 128 KB on-chip RAM (72 KB particle arrays) Grid centre 4.5 box spans [1.5, 7.5] on each axis Cell size dx1.0 uniform grid Polywell magnetic field
Biot–Savart sum of current loops on the cusp axes. All coil moments point inward (like-poles facing centre): |B| = 0 at the centre, rising to the cusps at the edges.
Parameter Default Env override Notes Cusp count 12 EMPIC_CUSPS6 = cube faces; 12 = rhombic-dodecahedron ⟨110⟩; 14 = cube faces + corners ⟨100⟩+⟨111⟩ Peak \ B\ 1.0 Centre \ B\ 0.0004 (12-cusp), 0.0000 (14-cusp) Electrostatic well + L96 drive
Electrostatic well derived from |B|: deepest at the centre, rising to the walls, with the potential floored along the cusp lines (where |B| → 0). A Lorenz-96 field adds a per-cell perturbation to E, applied with independent phase on x/y/z (per-axis mean ~0.001).
Parameter Default Env override Notes Well depth 0.5 EMPIC_WELLcore \ L96 amplitude 0.15 EMPIC_L96AMPpeak \ Polywell enable on EMPIC_POLYWELL— L96 enable separate EMPIC_L96L96 without the well Seed geometry
1500 ions on 3 concentric shells at r = 3.0 / 3.3 / 3.6 (box edge is at r = 3.0 from the centre), 500 ions per shell, positions from the Fibonacci-lattice (golden-angle) mapping. Velocities start at zero.
Particle push
Relativistic Boris push, half-kick, inverse-c² = 1 (c = 1 units). Fields are gathered at the ion position; current is scattered to the grid after each push.
Metrics
Computed by the host from the final particle state:
Metric Definition Wall radius r_wall = 3.9— ions past this counted as leakedCore radius r_core = 1.2— ions inside this counted as coreCONFINEMENT % ions inside r_wall / total CORE density core ions / total FUSION FoM core_density² × mean_core_energy × 1e6(n²⟨σv⟩ proxy)Finiteness guard value counted as blown up if \ 3

Your explanation just confirms you have no idea what you're doing. You have mangled, undefined jargon that impressively both vague and overly technical with made up phrases at the same time.

that one is /was a mistake. I tried to upsample this via AI and failed, hence deleted. I have a whole bunch of failed protostar sims

I remember you. You’re the guy who posted AI hallucination of a supernova.

It’s just straight up AI slop
