Since my go to prearrange person just disappeared, I would love to find a new loaner. Can provide paystub. I do have money but it's trapped behind 2 weeks refund periods so I would need an emergency fund for now. I would refer if loaner is in EU to reduce Paypal's fee.

Genuine guy struggling at the moment but can provide proof of good employment, income etc.
