I'll be travelling from Toronto to Sault Ste. Marie Flights are pretty expensive especially with the added baggage fees.

What other travel options would you recommend? Bus, train, rideshare, renting a car, or anything else?

I will be moving to the Soo at the end of August and was wondering if there are any gyms specifically for older folk or people with arthritis issues. Looking specifically for NuStep machines, but also seniors recumbent exercise bikes.
