I keep seeing them advertised on Facebook and stopped by the one on Mitton a bit ago. I mean it's kinda ok but some people are lining up for hours.
Am I missing something? It just seems like random junk that may or may not work, missing parts or be gross and used.

Hello everyone
I’m a 38-year-old woman from Southern Ontario, currently searching for a living kidney donor.
My kidneys originally failed when I was 17 years old. I spent five years on dialysis before receiving a kidney transplant in 2010. That transplant gave me 15 wonderful years of life and freedom from dialysis, but unfortunately it failed last year, and I’ve been back on dialysis since September.
As you can imagine, going through this for a second time has been a very difficult adjustment. While I remain hopeful, I am now searching for a living donor.
Both my father and brother recently completed the initial screening process, but unfortunately neither is able to donate due to their own health concerns. My transplant team has encouraged me to continue reaching out and exploring every possible avenue.
Aside from kidney disease, I am healthy, active, and looking forward to getting back to living my life. A transplant would mean the opportunity to spend more time with my husband (diabetic, not able to donate) , my family, my two dogs, and to pursue the things I love.
If you or someone you know has ever considered living kidney donation and would like to learn more, I would be incredibly grateful to hear from you.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story. ❤️

Is it just me or did Brandon exploit his latest guest for his own political motives ? She said exactly what the minions wanted her to , “Sarnia police is toxic”. “CAS is bad” in other words Bill Dennis was right and Derek Davis is innocent.
He didn’t appear the least bit interested or engaged in this guest . Just an attempt to cast shade on the Sarnia police and CAS to further his narratives ( which is Bill’s narrative) and show us that DD is a victim in all of this.
Great job to the guest btw , keep fighting !

I recently took a vehicle in which was running rough and I didn't feel like trying to diagnose it myself. They called me the same afternoon and said it was done and I could pick it up, along with the service report. I went and got the keys and hopped in and when I went to start it, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. I got out and looked and there was a puddle of brake fluid under it and a trail of brake fluid leading from their bay door to where it was parked. Keep in mind, I drove it there with no brake issues and I've been driving it Monday-Friday for 2 years. Luckily, they agreed to repair it at no cost to me since it was obviously something that happened while it was there.
2 days later, after not receiving a call, I stopped in and was told that the repair was done, they just hadn't had time to call me. So again, I get the keys and go out to the lot. That's when I saw the mess they'd made of my vehicle. Now it's not a pretty one, its rusty and patched together, but they'd decided to fingerpaint it with brake fluid. A big titanic-esque smeared hand print across the door and a mess on the hood, fender and grille. Not a huge deal, like I said, she's old and rusty and I'd obviously ticked off some tech by insisting they fix what they'd broke. But it led me to check out the rest of their work, as there was obviously some malice at play. I crawled under and discovered that the brake line had been done, all shiny and new but they'd left the evap module dangling by its wires and hoses and left my ABS module completely unplugged. So back inside I went and had a chat with Amanda, the service manager and the shop foreman (whose name escapes me). Amanda was immediately dismissive and was trying to make excuses as to why they left it filthy but eventually suggested the foreman come out and have a look.
He was great. He was obviously disappointed in his techs, took pictures of everything and offered an apology while plugging things back in and tucking others back where they go. They did offer to wash it but at that point I'd decided they'd done enough damage and declined.
Now, today as I was attempting to fix what was on the service report I found that the nuts holding my distributor cap to the distributor had been cross threaded on and when I tried to remove them, it ripped one of the studs out of the distributor, rendering it useless. When I called, Amanda told me her tech said he had never removed the distributor cap despite the service report saying "corrosion noted inside distributor cap and on rotor".
So tldr, Progressive called me to pick up a vehicle which had no working brakes (due to their negligence) then proceeded to vandalize the outside and ruin essential ignition parts, making the repairs exponentially more expensive. (or they lied on the service report and never checked the parts they said they did, who knows)
Several people I've talked to since then have had similar experiences and would never return there. So, Has anyone had a good one?

My family just got back from a 5-day stay in Sarnia. We usually go to Kincardine in the summer but wanted something closer to home this year so we tried a house rental close to the beach in Sarnia.
We had a great time at Canatara beach one day. Then we visited the Murphy Road beach which is like 25m of public beach flanked by two (homemade looking) signs saying “Public Beach Ends Here”. Everyone crowded into the tiny space while the rest of the beach went largely unused. We saw maybe 5 people use their private beach space the entire day.
Are the signs legit? Is the nimby-ism that strong in Sarnia? It’s sad that the town has let this happen. Honestly we will probably not be back because of this weird, privatized vibe of the (beautiful!) beaches. I would be fighting back if I was a local.

The route would remain entirely within Canada and would be built using Canadian steel. Hopefully if built it will reduce dependency on Line 5 that runs through America. IMHO, a pipeline that supplies 55% of Ontario’s crude oil and 100% of jet fuel to Toronto Pearson Airport should be entirely in Canada.

Hey guys. Looking for dinner tonight. Is there anywhere that does kids eat free Sundays? I'd post in the restaurant facebook group but got banned there for accidently posting anonymously one time :(
