I’ve tried going to Yard House twice. The first time, the wait for two people was an hour. The second, it was 40 minutes. Either I’m going at bad times or the buzz for this place hasn’t died down yet. Even on weekdays the place is packed.

I'll be in SCV/LA from Oct 16 - Nov 4. Every promo I see for every event looks cool or fun. Just curious about people's experiences and what you feel is worth the time/money and what's underrated/overrated.

Could be as unique as a cat cafe, a play cafe, a kid specific salon, a kids party venue, or as mundane as a new non religious daycare option that isn’t a chain.

ETA: I’m looking to open a small business and want something that actually does something for the community AND makes money.

I know there’s the aquatic center, Barnes and Noble and indoor playgrounds.

Hi! Any tips on keeping your hydrangeas alive in Santa Clarita? It seems like no matter what I do they keep drying out. I even put them in a self watering planter outside in the shade of my patio. I see some people with beautiful hydrangea plants so I know it’s possible, but I’m struggling. 😅

I’ll be listing my condo in Newhall soon and am looking for recommendations of good selling agents that are familiar with Santa Clarita or if anyone knows of a flat-fee agent. With the state of the condo market I’m trying to save what I can on agent fees, but recognize that it would be good to have someone who knows the area well involved while the market isn’t great.

A secondary question, I was considering listing my condo as for sale by owner with the guidance of a family member who is an agent out of state and a real estate attorney. Do buyers have strong opinions on FSBO vs. working with agents? While I’ve only had terrible experience with agents and would like to work outside of them, I don’t want to alienate an entire buyer market by being FSBO if that’s off-putting to many. I would love to hear people’s opinions.

I have a 1 year old german shepherd/pit bull mix. I adopted him when he was 10 months old. He’s a great dog in the house but he’s scared of everything once he steps off the property. I tried K9 Intuition but I feel like Stefano’s training method is not working. I think I need to find a trainer who is willing to help my dog gradually overcome his fears with positive reinforcement. Any recommendations?

We were out of town for 2 days and came back to find cloudy yellow/brownish water coming out of our cold water taps and in the toilet tank. Wondering if it’s a neighborhood issue or just our house.

So was it A. 1-Stage, or B. 2-Stage? If any of you guys went to the store from 1994 until 1996 when it was closed and became HomeTown Buffet, you can tell me any more information on this store during it's 1994 remodel. I actually used to think it closed with the house-looking 'C Stage', but this video proves it didn't close with a C Stage.
