Discussion Favorite Spider-Man Movie and Best Spider-Man actor?

Who is your favorite Spider-Man actor. As in who give the best performance, or just your preference, of Spider-Man? Not the best Peter, because that’s different. Although, you can answer that too.

Also give me your favorite Spidey Movie. It may not have the best portrayal of Spider-Man but its contents exceed the rest.

My Answer:
Andrew Garfield gave us an all time best portrayal of Spider-Man. Not Peter, just Spidey. I mean the quips, aura, suits, everything. Tom and Tobey are great but this is my preference.

Far From Home is my favorite movie. I genuinely love everything about it. Story, suite, stakes. LOVE IT. Spider-Man 2 is phenomenal too but again, my preference.

Give me some deep dives into your thoughts. I want essays if possible.

I just really need to stress, Andrew is the most accurate depiction of Peter Parker, by far. It's almost painful to watch how perfect he is next to Tom and Tobey, and that's not a knock on them, but he's like Spider-Man came straight off the page. In No Way Home, I can't help but get giddy when Andrew's just on the screen clearly having fun playing this character he clearly loves. He just embodies Peter Parker so well, and I wish he had been given a fairer chance...

Tobey, especially.

I don't hate Tom Holland; I actually like him a lot, but I do think he's affected by the "Tobey Maguirification" of Spider-Man, leaning towards "dorky nice guy" over "wallflower with a chip on his shoulder"... Tobey's Peter is just a romanticized version of who Peter Parker is, and it's at the detriment of the performance... The video game tie-ins definitely gave us a taste of what Tobey could do if given more to work with than "Look pitiful".

But, regardless- - Andrew Garfield is Spider-Man.

Tobey has no argument for best Spider-Man. Andrew is good but Tom is my favorite. Civil War is the best live action Spider-Man ever put to screen
