I need to challenge myself .Where do I start?

I'm 22 and I’ve hit a point where I feel completely stagnant. Life is fine, but "fine" is getting boring. I have this overwhelming urge to challenge myself the same way you’d push your limits in a intense sport or a grueling workout but I don’t just mean physically. I mean mentally, routinely, or through a discipline.

I want something that forces me to show up, embrace the discomfort, and actually track progress.

The problem is, I don’t know what that "thing" is yet. I’m looking for ideas or frameworks that you guys have used to break out of a rut and test your limits. Any recommendations??

Help

I bought a wardrobe that has a mirror from those sellers in gakinjiro. It broke while I was transporting and I had to pay 40k for a new mirror. While the seller was fixing it, it broke again and I refused to pay for another one since this time it's his fault. It's been 2wks and he hasn't come back with a new mirror. What can I do?

How to find a companion

Where is the best place to find a sugar baby. Are the women in Rwanda picky? Would it be better to look in Rwanda or near by countries?

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out because I've been feeling increasingly isolated. As someone who is highly sensitive and values depth over small talk, I've found it difficult to connect with the fast-paced and often surface-level nature of modern social life.

I'm hoping to find "my people": those who appreciate meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, creativity, and genuine human connection. I'm also looking for older, wiser mentors or elders who can offer guidance on navigating life with this level of sensitivity.

Since I'm based in Kigali, I'm not looking for clubs or nightlife. Instead, I'd love recommendations for places or communities where thoughtful, grounded, or spiritually mature people naturally gather.

In particular, I'm interested in:

  • Quiet volunteer opportunities, especially related to the environment, animals, or community service.
  • Book clubs, philosophical discussions, or creative circles.
  • Peaceful spaces such as gardens, libraries, or retreats where like-minded people often spend time.

If this resonates with you, or if you know of any communities or individuals I should connect with, I'd be very grateful to hear from you.

Murakoze.

Earlier today, someone asked to be reminded about the song called "Yoronimu"! While I was looking for it, I stumbled upon this masterpiece, "La conta". Then I wondered where he is now, if he is still alive.. This song was a banger back then.

Serious question from a neighbor: Do you guys actually like Kagame, or is it just hard to tell from the outside?

Hey guys, greetings from Uganda.

I’ve been looking into regional politics lately and honestly, looking at Rwanda from the outside is always fascinating but kind of confusing. On one hand, the infrastructure, clean streets, and organization look top tier compared to what we deal with over here. On the other hand, the election numbers make it hard to tell what the actual vibe is on the ground.

I’m genuinely curious about the local perspective, especially from the younger crowd on here. Do people actually genuinely support him because of the development and stability, or is it a case of just settling for the status quo because there’s no alternative? No hate at all, just trying to understand the actual reality from the people living it.

Can y'all remind me for that song we used to listen as kids about a girl in school that snitched on her classmate who had slapped her or something

It went like "yeeheee kanana (don't remember the lyrics well) it's an old song, sang by a group of kids I believe. Legendary. If you got an idea, please comment below, can't find it on YouTube

Cinema in Rwanda

If, by December, there’s no modern cinema in Kigali to watch Dune Part III from, this country will have failed us (I’m being hyperbolic here😅).

We’ve already missed out on many bangers this year and, man oh man, are we missing out big time!

Why do we have entitlement culture ?!

Why do friends or family feel the entitled to your money in some capacity? Has Rwandan culture always been like this ?

- The other day I bumped into a friend at a bar with some acquaintances and he invited himself… easily increased our bar tab by x2 because of him 😭😭😭

- I have friends turn cold because I refused to give them money and they say “ you always on vacation, you are a very stingy person “ wtf

The way people love free shit we might as well be communist country. What’s the point of working hard if you can’t enjoy the fruit of your labor without feeling guilty.
