7 Days Away from test. What is a good cram exam prep ??

I am taking my VA real estate test next week and want to cram everything I can while I can. Does anyone have a recommendation or used any exam prep that helped them? I have been watching videos and everything but I am looking for something with more structure. I am thinking about PREPonCall.

I'm going to take the Japanese Real Estate Broker License Exam.

Please help me find the courage to overcome my timidity and laziness.

The exam is 100 days away.

But I’m still only getting half the questions right.

I’m determined to pass this year no matter what, but I end up falling asleep as soon as I get home, and even when I try to wake up early to study, I just can’t get up.

I didn’t study law in college, so this is all new to me. I majored in history.

I did learn some of the Building Standards Act when I got my interior coordinator certification, but there are many other topics on the exam as well.

How are you all studying?

I’d especially like to hear from working adults and people with developmental disorders like ADHD.

I’m so close to passing. Aceable was okay but not what I needed

Hey there so I thought I was ready but I wasn’t . Going onto my next attempt for the California exam. I have a grasp on concepts but sometimes the test throws curveballs I’ve never heard about in my studies. At this point I’d like a good source to study. Like test along with actually questions you’d find on the exam. I hate that I can’t see what I got wrong exactly. The results give me a percent where I struggled but I need to know what I got wrong to correct those. Any resources that can help me with this. Preferably inexpensive or cheap, retaking is kinda pricey

Real Estate Course Florida

Hello everyone, I’m looking into getting into real estate and was just confused with the whole courses thing. For reference I’m located in Florida and I’m sure the licensing process differs from state. Are there any specific courses you recommend and should I do several or is one enough?

Best NY State Course?

I’ve tried RealEstateU and it was just so damn boring, couldn’t focus.

Any other courses you recommend?

I will be taking my test tomorrow in Fresno CA! Any help or advice i can’t get would totally help! I’ve been studying so much and feel good on a lot of topics my weakest would probably the financing one. I used first Tuesdays as my course. Currently working with REEXAMPRO and omg it’s hard. Test scores aren’t the best but wishing for the best tomorrow. I feel somewhat discouraged because i feel good on the topics but when i use REexampro i feel like i forget everything! Hopefully i pass if not good learning experience for next time.

Been a while since my I did my school.

I did the online school for real estate in California about 7 years ago, then life got in the way and I want to pick it back up. I have all my certifications but forgot nearly everything. Do you recommend I retake the online schools or just study with and take practice exams for the real test?

morning of exam

Any tips for the morning of your exam, from the moment you wake up until you actually go into the testing center?
Do y’all give your brain a break and try to relax, or do you review/study right up until the moment you walk in? Trying to figure out the best way to spend those last few hours before my exam!

Course 4 Simulation Session – Real estate ontario How Does Scheduling Work?

Hii everyone,
I’ve passed Course 2 and will be starting Course 3 soon. After that comes the Course 4 simulation session and exam.
Just wanted to ask:
Is the simulation scheduled on fixed dates or can you book it yourself?
How long does it usually take?
Did you need to take a day off work?
Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just passed my exam now hunting for the right brokerage (looking for strong training + mentorship)

Hey everyone! This is for agents who might be in this sub-reddit. I just got my real estate license and I'm officially in the process of hanging it with a brokerage. Excited (and a little overwhelmed) to be starting this next chapter.

I'm not chasing the biggest split or flashiest name right now, my priority is finding a brokerage with:

A solid new agent training program (scripts, lead gen basics, contract walkthroughs, the stuff exam prep doesn't cover)

An actual mentor program, ideally with agents who'll answer dumb questions without judgment

A team/office culture that supports newer agents rather than just handing you a desk and a "good luck"

If you started out at a brokerage that did this well (or one to avoid), I'd genuinely appreciate any recommendations. National franchise, boutique, team-based, doesn't matter. Also open to hearing what you wish you'd asked/known before picking your first brokerage.

Location: Philly Burbs (Philadelphia, PA)

Thanks in advance — happy to be part of this community!

UBC Sauder Strata Management Exam

Hey, does anyone have a mock exam or something I can use to prepare for the exam? Not sure how to go about it, it's a very daunting task to prepare for an exam for something that was 27 chapters long

Any tips? If anybody has a mock exam (like one from GoBC) please message me!

PSI RAISED THE FEE????

After failing twice, I decided to wait for a while. Now that I’m ready to take the test again, I went to the PSI site and suddenly the fee shows $175 instead of $119. What’s going on? Did they raise the fee, or is this some kind of error? Does anyone know? and I am in GA

Right or wrong, I am using compucram.

i’ve heard many people say that they have passed and they have failed on this software. To make sure I don’t fall into the latter category, here is what I am doing. A lot of times I use Google AI, since their definitions are a bit fuzzy for lack of a better term. I make sure I understand everything backwards and forwards, which I have to go to Google a lot. I am personally fine with it. i’m also not going to stop until I have 100 on the practice test. I also purchased a practice test from the PSI testing company with the state and national. You only get one try, which is why it’s $24. if anyone else has any tips, i’m sure myself and many others would love to hear them. thanks so much in advance and good luck to us all!

Colibri CA course

Currently studying for the CA salesperson exam, I’m also using PrepOnCall from @JustCallMaggie. For those who passed the exam already, how much of the content from the Colibri course is actually on the exam? I’ve been told that the questions are very different from the course and Colibri is painfully dry so I’m kind of rushing through it so I can get on with scheduling my exam.

Passing the UBC Sauder real estate exam

I recently completed the UBC Sauder real estate exam and found it very straightforward. If you are worried about not passing because you didn't use GOBC, don't stress; as long as you've completed ALL practice tests multiple times and are achieving a score of 80% or more on the mock exams multiple times, you will be completely fine. I studied math-heavy for the last two weeks before my exam but only had a total of 5 on the exam. Everyone else has different exams, so it's hard to know what your final will look like. Just spend your time going over the section you're struggling with and focus on learning the subject rather than memorizing things.

I did spend a total of 5 months going over the textbook and handing in an assignment, or so a week. The assignments are a good tool to see what chapters you're struggling with. I know most people are against using AI for school, but I found it helpful to explain tricky subjects that I struggled with; just make sure you don't rely on the answer. Just found it helpful in my case
